What is the scope of the Privacy Statement?

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU), this Privacy Statement states if and how Beboran uses/processes your personal data. It also may refer to third parties’ personal data when shared with us by you. When you directly share the personal data of other persons, you are responsible to provide them with a copy of this Privacy Statement in advance. This Privacy Statement contains detailed information regarding our collection of personal data, whom we may share it with, and also explains your rights regarding your personal data. The following applies to all your personal data – stored electronically or on paper.

What kind of personal data we may collect from you?

Beboran does not store your personal data. When creating a profile, you enter your name, email address and data about your child, however, this data is stored only locally on your device. In future versions, the Beboran application may start storing your data, so that all your profile data can be restored in case of device change or accessed from different devices you own.

Who may have access to your personal data?

We use Google Analytics in order to better understand how our application is used. Your personal data could become accessible to Google Analytics during the execution of its services.

What will happen if we decide to update this Privacy Statement?

Periodically, we may amend this Privacy Statement in order to fully reflect any changes in our legal obligations, or if a future version of Beboran collects and processes your personal data in order to improve the services it provides. In case of the latter, our Privacy Policy will be expanded to include the ways we process your personal data. We will notify you about any changes made to this Statement and its edited version will come into effect only after you have been notified.
